This monthly membership is for those who are committed to a greater training frequency throughout the week. The program is intentionally designed to help build a foundation of strength, quality muscle and high-performance. As a transformation gym this is a 3-month membership commitment for optimal results. There is a one-time program set up fee of $85.00.
