    • Athletes must successfully clean and press the log overhead
    • Judge will signal when the lift is complete
    • Weight classes and attempts TBD

    Max Reps. 1 Minute

  • 3. Sandbag & Farmer Carry Medley

    - Combined carry event

    - Course layout and weights TBD

    - Time cap will be enforced

  • 4. 100 ft. Yoke Walk

    • Straight course
    • Must complete full distanc
    • Time-based event
    • Weight classes TBD

  • 5. Max Reps Keg Over Bar

    • Maximum repetitions in 60 seconds
    • Height and weight specifications TBD
    • Must clear bar completely

  • CHARITABLE COMPONENT

    • This event supports our  "Lift For At Risk Youth" initiative
    • Portion of registration fees will be donated to Green Chimneys Children's Services
